Sometimes... (may be i should says :" most of the time"..) being a designers is not easy, because of the crazy time line and killing creative task has been given.I spend most of my time (mostly 12 hours everyday in my office), working, crafting and fighting to each other in order to made myself to survive in this horrible line.
Due to the terrible economic crash, company had been putting on a lots of weights on our shoulder, designer no longer a designer only, but also need to achieve for our KPI, (am i working as a salesman now?)
So whenever the studio become quiet, then it is the time my worried starts kicking, because i dunno when will be the time my boss will come and tell me that, :" Hey, u r not performing... i'm sorry...you do not deserve anything this year..."
So tell me, an employee who has been contribute 2/3 of his life into the company, yet it still consider not performing?
